Just part of the gym at the Queen Mother Sports Centre. All the machines are usually working and there is almost never a wait. There are trainers availablefor advice and to help in case of hypos!

Exercise is good for everyone. Instead of joining your gym in January and stopping going after a few weeks join now and try and go a few times a week every week.

Try to be comfortably breathless for thirty minutes a day.
